Construction administration services were provided for a two-phase 79 unit project for the Westport Housing Authority.
The complex includes a community center facing a large central green space and was built on the site of an existing housing authority property. The older units were demolished down to the foundations, which were incorporated into the new attached two-story dwelling units, designed with a traditional New England image. The project challenges included managing a tight construction schedule on an occupied site, with tenant relocations on-site, and installation of a rain garden for sustainable storm water management.
